Hello, my name is Melissa Lehrich, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I deeply admire those who have the courage to seek healing and create a more meaningful life. My goal is to help you find peace within yourself, connect with your inner strengths, and move toward the life you envision.
Together, we will work through challenges, foster personal growth, and enhance your overall quality of life. My therapeutic approach is integrative and compassionate, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
